    Breathe through the pressure -Yoga Session to manage examination stress

    A yoga session titled “Breathe Through the Pressure” was successfully organized on 28th February 2026 at Kanak Sabha, Nalanda Nritya Kala Mahavidyalaya. The session was conducted under the joint initiative of the IQAC, CDC, and the Food, Health and Nutrition Committee, with the aim of helping students manage examination stress through effective yogic practices.

    The session was conducted by Yoga Expert Ms. Trupti Rathod Ma’am, who guided students through a series of breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and simple yoga postures specifically designed for exam preparation and stress. The practical demonstrations enabled students to understand how controlled breathing and mindful stretching can enhance concentration, memory retention, and overall confidence.

    The session was held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. at Nalanda’s Kanak Sabha and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of all classes and streams.
