Cancellations must be emailed to nnkm1973@gmail.com at least 7 days before the course start date. Approved requests will receive a 90% refund. 10% is retained as a processing fee.
No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced.
If the institution cancels a course, students will receive a full refund or can transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
