Nalanda Nritya Kala Mahavidyalaya's IQAC, CDC, and Student's Council Committee proudly hosted a Movement Workshop titled "Moving towards Agency" today, 14 February 2026, at Kanak Sabha. The session was conducted by the esteemed dancer, writer, and teacher Kumudha Chandrasekaran of Temple of Fine Arts, Bangalore.
The workshop spanned two interactive sessions:
1. 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
2. 2:00 pm 3:30 pm
Participants experienced a truly rejuvenating and relaxing journey that blended abstract exploration with unique movement practices. The program focused on empowering dancers to discover personal agency through expressive bodily language, innovative choreographic concepts, and mindful kinetic awareness. Attendees left the Kanak Sabha with refreshed perspectives.
