    Meditation Session: Your Daily Mental Reset

    The IQAC, CDC, and Food, Health and Nutrition Committee of Nalanda Nritya Kala Mahavidyalaya organized a calming meditation session titled “Meditation – Your Daily Mental Reset” on Saturday, 20th December 2025, at Kanaka Sabha. The session was conducted by Yoga Teacher Ms. Trupti Rathod and was attended by students, teaching, and non-teaching staff.

    The session focused on helping participants find inner calm amidst daily stress and encouraged mindfulness, relaxation, and mental well-being. The soothing practice created a peaceful atmosphere and offered participants simple yet effective techniques to regain balance and clarity in everyday life.
